In zijn tweede levenscyclus kon deze halconstructie worden gebruikt voor de bouw van een productie- en opslaghal met kantoor / sociale ruimte, verkoophal, werkplaats en dergelijke serveren.
This extraordinary steel building is due to be deconstructed in Nov./ December of 2019. In its second life cycle, this rigid steel structure could serve to build an eye-catching multi purpose hall, exhibition/ sales/ production facility, workshop with office space, artist's studio with upstairs apartment and many others.
STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: this over engineered steel frame construction consists of 11 self-supporting main frames made of European Standard I-Sections Profiles with wide flansch columns HEB 500, wide flansch Trusses HEA 450 and 2 end wall-frames with pendulum posts. The mezzanine floors are supported by wide flansch profiles HEB 500. The longitudinal stiffness of the Hall consists of diagonal bracings. The roof substructure consists of trapezoidal sheet steel.

LOAD ASSUMPTIONS:
Snow load: 1.0 kN/m with plenty reserves for additional loads.
ROOF CLADDING: double skin roof cladding consisting of band-galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet steel and rounded outer shell made of trapezoidal steel sheet mounted on Z brackets insulated with 12 cm mineral fibers, condensation and diffusion foil with ridge vent at the top of the arc. The mineral fibre insulation will be disposed of from the building site, which means the disposal costs will be borne by us.
WALL CLADDING: ISOROCK composite wall panels (LL 120 mm) with double steel sheet lining (d = 0.88 mm) and mineral wool insulation core. The wall panels were mounted vertically on to wall bars/rails consisting of hot rolled steel profiles HEB 160.

Diese zur Demontage bestimmte zweigeschoßige Stahlbauhalle mit dem Grundriss von ca. hL49.3m * hB16m * fH9,9m und einer überdachten BGF von rund 795 qm soll demnächst abgebaut werden. In deren zweitem Lebenszyklus könnte diese Hallenkonstruktion zur Errichtung einer Produktions- und Lagerhalle, Verkaufshalle, Werkstatthalle u.v.a.m. dienen. Die Galerie/ Zwischenebene könnte man weglassen und dafür eine Kranbahn einbauen weil die Rahmenstützen aus HEB 500 Breitflansch-Trägern bestehen.
